fa طراحی و تبیین مدل پیشایند ها و پسایند های حقوق شهروندی در سازمان امور مالیاتی کشور حقوقی Legal پژوهشي Research <table cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1" class="borderedTable listTable" style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 12px; background-color: rgb(136, 136, 136);" width="99%"> <tbody> <tr class="tr" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" valign="top"> <td class="usrr_cntt" dir="rtl" style="line-height: 16px; overflow-wrap: break-word; max-width: 700px;" title="تعداد کلمات: 165">امروزه پاسخگویی در مقابل مسئولیت‌ها و تکالیف نه تنها بر عهده دولتمردان است، بلکه شهروندان نیز در این عرصه مسئولیت خطیری بر دوش دارند. از این دیدگاه آن چه به نظر اجتناب‌ناپذیر است از یکسو ضرورت همکاری‌های مشترک بین شهروندان با دولت و شهروندان با شهروندان در جهت دستیابی به حقوق حقه خویش می باشد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی مدل پیشایند ها و پسایند های حقوق شهروندی در سازمان امور مالیاتی کشور می باشد. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش کل مودیان مالیاتی کشور که تعداد نمونه بر اساس فرمول جیمز استیون 300 نفر تعیین گردید. روش انجام تحقیق به صورت پیمایشی بوده که مهم-ترین مزیت آن قابلیت تعمیم نتایج به دست آمده می‌باشد. برازش مدل ارائه شده از طریق مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری در سه بخش مدل اندازه گیری ، مدل ساختاری و کل مدل و توسط نرم افزار Smart PLS 2.0 انجام شده است. پس از بررسی های انجام شده کلیه فرضیات پژوهش مورد تایید قرار گرفت و در نهایت پیشنهاداتی ارائه گردید.</td> </tr> <tr class="tr" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" valign="top"> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1" class="borderedTable listTable" style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 12px; background-color: rgb(136, 136, 136);" width="99%"> <tbody> <tr class="tr" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" valign="top"> <td class="usrr_cntt tahoma" dir="ltr" style="line-height: 16px; font-family: tahoma; overflow-wrap: break-word; max-width: 700px;" title="تعداد کلمات: 167">Today, accountability to responsibilities and responsibilities is not only the responsibility of the government, but citizens also have a major responsibility in this area. From this point of view, what seems unavoidable is the need for joint cooperation between citizens and the government and citizens with citizens in order to achieve their rights. The main goal of this research is designing a model for the operation of citizenship rights in the organization of tax affairs of the country. The statistical population in this study was the total taxpayers in Tehran, and the sample size was determined by James Steven&#39;s formula of 300 people. The research methodology is a survey, the most important of which is the ability to generalize the results. The fitting of the proposed model was done through structural equation modeling in three parts of the model of measurement, structural model and the whole model and by Smart PLS 2.0 software.
