fa شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر افزایش مشارکت عمومی در پرداخت مالیات با استفاده از روش تاپسیس فازی اقتصادی Economic پژوهشي Research مشارکت عمومی در پرداخت مالیات از جمله اهداف بنیادین تمامی سیستم‌های مالیاتی بوده است. حرکت به سوی مدیریت تمکین داوطلبانه رهیافتی است که به انگیزه‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی شهروندان توجه نموده و پیش از وقوع عدم تمکین، زمینه‌های آن را شناسایی نموده و اصل را بر پیشگیری قرار می‌دهد<span dir="LTR">.</span> هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر در افزایش مشارکت عمومی در پرداخت مالیات است.بر همین اساس،ابتدا با مطالعه ادبیات موضوع و مرور پیشینه 61 مولفه شناسایی گردید. فهرست مذکور طی پرسشنامه نیمه باز در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت که نتیجه غربال&shy;گری این عوامل با استفاده از میانگین&shy;گیری مبتنی بر منطق فازی،تعداد 15 عامل حذف شده اند. همچنین بر اساس نظر خبرگان تعداد 21 عامل به عنوان عوامل موثر در افزایش مشارکت در پرداخت مالیات شناسایی شده اند. نتایج حاصل از رتبه بندی&nbsp; گزینه ها با تکنیک تاپسیس فازی نشان داد متغیر &quot; عادلانه و منصفانه بودن نظام مالیاتی&quot; با کسب بیشترین ضریب نزدیکی در رتبه اول &nbsp;و &quot; جنسیت مؤدیان&quot; با کمترین ضریب نزدیکی در رتبه های آخر قرار دارند. <p class="tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta" data-placeholder="Translation" dir="rtl" id="tw-target-text" style="font-style: normal; text-align: left;">Public participation in taxation has been one of the fundamental goals of all tax systems.moving towards voluntary obedience management is an approach that pays attention to the social and economic motivations of citizens and before the occurrence of disobedience, identifies its contexts and puts the principle on prevention. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the effective factors in increasing public participation in tax payment. Accordingly, 61 components were identified by studying the literature and reviewing the background. The list was provided to the experts during a semi-open questionnaire. As a result of screening these factors, 15 factors were eliminated using fuzzy logic-based averaging. Also, according to experts, 21 factors have been identified as effective factors in increasing participation in tax payment. The results of ranking the options with the fuzzy TOPSIS technique showed that the variables &quot;fairness and equity of the tax system&quot; with the highest coefficient of closeness are in the first place and &quot;gender of taxpayers&quot;
