fa تحلیلی بر بهبود مشارکت مردمی در امور پرداخت مالیات با تاکید برآموزش شهروندی (مطالعه موردی اداره کل امور مالیاتی غرب شهر تهران) مدیریتی Management پژوهشي Research یکی از شاخص های توسعه اقتصادی در کشورها، مشارکت شهروندان می باشد. یکی از مهمترین&nbsp; امور، مشارکت شهروندان در پرداخت مالیات می باشد. در این پژوهش به ارائه مدلی جهت ارتقاء مشارکت مردمی در پرداخت مالیات در اداره کل امور مالیاتی غرب تهران پرداخته شده است. این مطالعه به صورت ترکیبی انجام شد؛ در بخش کیفی با انتخاب نمونه ای20 نفره به طور هدفمند از خبرگان در زمینه مربوطه انجام شد. ابزار کیفی در پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و ابزار کمّی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده است. جامعه آماری برای بخش کمی 384 نفر از مؤدیان و 254 نفر از کارکنان اداره کل مزبور می باشد. روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی بود. روایی ابزار با توجه به نظر اساتید مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی ابزار از طریق اجرای 30 پرسشنامه و تعیین آلفای کرونباخ صورت گرفته است که معادل 63/9 است. آمار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش &nbsp;از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، آزمون تحلیل عاملی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و آزمون T می باشد که از نرم افزارهای SPSS ، استفاده از برنامه Monte Carlo PCA و تکنیک مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که در این پژوهش 8 عامل جهت افزایش مشارکت کشف شده است و مدل آن استخراج و مورد تأیید صاحب&shy;نظران قرارگرفت. از بین این عوامل فناورانه و اقتصادی بیشترین مقدار را داشته و به عنوان مهمترین عامل جهت ارتقاء مشارکت معرفی شده اند. <span background:="" color:="" new="" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: " times="">One of the indicators of economic development in countries is the participation of their citizens. One of the most important issues is the participation of citizens in paying taxes. In this research, a model for promoting popular participation in paying taxes at </span><span new="" style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 15.3333px; font-family: " times="">General Tax Directorate of Tehran City West<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background: white;"> has been addressed. This study was carried out in combination; in the qualitative section, a sample of 20 individuals was deliberately targeted at expert level in the field. The qualitative tool in the research was a semi-structured interview and a small tool for a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of this study is 384 taxpayers and 254 employees of the General Directorate. &nbsp;A random sampling method was used. According to the opinion of the professors, the tool was selected through the implementation of 30 questionnaires and the determination of Cronbach&#39;s alpha which was equivalent to 9.63. The exploratory factor analysis, factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and T test were used in this research. Furthermore, SPSS software, the Monte Carlo PCA program and the Structural Equation Modeling technique (SEM) were used. The research findings show that in this study, 8 factors have been discovered to increase the participation and the heart of it was extracted and approved by the experts.
