چکیده:   (330 مشاهده)
مالیات بر ارزش افزوده از منابع اصلی تأمین درآمد پایدار دولت‌ها محسوب می‌شود و نقش مهمی در تحقق عدالت مالی و اقتصادی دارد. با این‌ حال، پدیده فرار مالیاتی، به‌ویژه در حوزه مالیات بر ارزش افزوده، همچنان یکی از چالش‌های جدی در مسیر اثربخشی نظام مالیاتی به‌شمار می‌رود. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل تأثیر چهار عامل کلیدیشامل حسابداری قانونی، و متغیرهای اجتماعی، نهادی و اقتصادیبر فرار مالیاتی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، ۲۰۰ نفر از مدیران مالی و حسابداران شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در سال ۱۴۰4 را شامل می‌شود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد گردآوری و با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزارهای آماری و آزمون‌های رگرسیون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که تقویت هر یک از عوامل مورد بررسی، تأثیری معنادار و بازدارنده بر فرار مالیاتی دارد. یافته‌ها بر اهمیت حسابداری قانونی، شفافیت نهادی، ثبات اقتصادی و ارتقای فرهنگ مالیاتی در کنترل فرار مالیات بر ارزش افزوده تأکید دارند. بر این اساس، توصیه می‌شود سیاست‌گذاران با تمرکز بر اصلاح ساختارها، آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی مالیاتی، زمینه کاهش تخلفات را فراهم سازند.
